The Lancaster Central School District is searching for an innovative, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to serve our District as a reading/literacy teacher at the elementary level (Grades K-3).  We are interested in candidates who have the ability to work with all students while effectively collaborating with the administration, faculty and staff towards the improvement of our instructional programming and, most importantly, the edification of our students.

Tentative Dates:  2/23/26-6/26/26

If/when the teacher goes to a without-pay status, the sub will become an interim sub and will be paid per LCTA agreement as applicable, i.e.step 1 master’s degree = $55,300 prorated - step 8 masters' level = $58,750 prorated with full benefits.
