The Lancaster Central School District is hiring school bus drivers! We are looking for both experienced drivers and individuals who have never considered a career as a school bus driver before.

No experience is necessary! We provide free training and guidance to help you obtain the required licensing.
We are seeking safe, reliable school bus drivers to transport students and other passengers to and from school and district-sponsored activities.
*Permanent Bus Driver rate is based on the LASP 2025–2026 school year salary schedule.

- Job Qualifications
•Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
•Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, including no more than two (2) moving violations and one (1) preventable accident within the past three (3) years.
•Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug test, physical examination, and background check.
•Ability to adhere to all district safety standards and operating procedures.
•Ability to work positively with others and demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children.
