Performing a variety of skilled painting tasks requiring a good knowledge of the trade. Ability to work from scaffolds and ladders is required.

Job Qualifications

(a) Four years of full-time experience under a journeyman painter which provided training equivalent to that given in an apprenticeship program and one year of full-time experience as a journeyman painter.

OR

(b) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (a).

NOTE: Apprenticeship training in painting or training gained by completion of technical courses in painting at school, institute or a branch of the Armed Services may be substituted for the above training and experience on a year-for-year basis.
