BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: 

The work involves responsibility for the bus in transporting students and other passengers to and from school and school district functions. The employee is charged with the safety of the students and the passengers upon entry to the vehicle and during their transport.

Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATION: 

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age. 

Possession of a valid Commercial Drivers License-Class B with Passenger (P) & (S) endorsement issued by the State of New York at the time of application.

Able to perform all tests as required by laws, regulations and School District policies pertaining to school bus drivers.
