Job Description: To provide assessment, screening, planning, intervention, evaluation, counseling, management and/or referrals concerning the health and medical care needs of students for the purpose of minimizing absences due to illness, maximizing educational opportunities, and creating a healthy school climate.  Along with other related duties.

Our Legendary Team is looking to add qualified candidates as substitutes to help support our school monitors. The job is part-time and will inclue non-teaching duties in overseeing students activities within a school building; does related work as required.

Assists in the preparation and serving of food, in the cleaning of kitchen equipment, does related work as required.

Supervises students and performs such other services as support teaching duties when
such services are determined and supervised by teachers, may supervise students in work
place settings and assist with job skills development.

Times will vary and will be provided as routes are prepared for bidding. Consistency with special needs students is essential.

Accompanies a school bus for the purpose of assisting pupils to climb aboard and alight from bus; helps young pupils to cross the highways in safety; maintains order on bus and makes certain that passengers are seated while bus is in motion; assists pupils and driver as needed.

Performs routine manual tasks in the care and cleaning of buildings.

The work involves responsibility for the cleaning, care and upkeep of a school site, buildings or an assigned section thereof in a suburban school district.
